The right tools for your business, set up right and kept running
Kebullient helps startups and small businesses pick the technical tools that actually fit, set them up properly, and keep them running. Unbiased advice — we recommend what works for you, not what pays us. Custom-built only when nothing off-the-shelf will do.
What we help with
Most business needs are already solved by a good tool. We find the right one, set it up, and connect it to the rest — and build custom only when there's a real gap.
Bookings & scheduling
Online booking, calendars, reminders, no-show handling — wired to your payments and email.
Payments & invoicing
Take payments, send invoices, track what's owed, and keep the books in sync.
Customers & CRM
One place for contacts, leads, and follow-ups instead of a spreadsheet and your memory.
Website & online presence
A site that does real work — booking, accounts, payments — on a platform you can maintain.
Workflows & automation
Kill the copy-paste between apps. The busywork runs itself.
Reporting & dashboards
See how the business is doing without exporting five spreadsheets first.
How it works
It starts with a free discovery call. No pitch. If it's a match, you get a written plan and a fixed price before any work starts.
Free discovery call
We go through what you're using and where it's falling short. You leave with a recommended direction and a ballpark — free, whether or not we work together.
Plan & quote
We write up the recommended tools, the setup scope, and a fixed price. No charge, and no obligation to proceed.
Setup
We pick, configure, and connect the tools, move your data across, and show you and your team how to run them.
Ongoing support
We keep everything running, adjust as your business changes, and handle it when a vendor changes their product or pricing.
If the call turns up a real gap that no tool covers well, we build just that piece — see custom builds below.
Pricing
It starts with a free discovery call. Setup is a fixed price, scoped from that call. Ongoing support is month to month.
Setup
Fixed price, scoped from the discovery call. What it runs depends on how many tools and how much data needs to move.
- Single tool, clean start
- Set up one tool (booking, CRM, invoicing) and connect it to what you already use. Typically $1,000–2,000.
- A small stack
- Two or three tools chosen, configured, connected, with data moved over and a training session. Typically $2,500–5,000.
- Full setup
- Website plus the core tools a business runs on, all connected, data migrated, team trained. Quoted from the discovery call.
Ongoing support
Keep it all running, and keep improving it, without a big commitment. Month to month, cancel anytime.
Support
Keep it healthy
$200/month
- Small changes and fixes, up to 2 per month
- Tools, updates, and backups monitored
- Two business day response
Support+
Keep it improving
$500/month
- Everything in Support, plus:
- Up to 6 small changes or fixes per month
- Priority response, same or next business day
- A monthly call to plan improvements
When you need something built
Sometimes no tool fits. When the discovery call turns up a real gap, we build just that piece — clean, documented, and yours. This is also how we work with startups building a first product.
MVP for 3
Launch the essential version
$3,000
- One main thing your customers do, working and online
- Sign-in, database, and hosting set up
- Works on phones and desktops, styled to your brand
- One round of changes
- Notes so anyone can pick it up later
- Usually 1–2 weeks
Thrive for 5
The fuller build
$5,000
- Everything in MVP for 3, plus:
- Several features, not just one
- A proper design pass on how it looks and feels
- One outside connection (payments, email, scheduling)
- A simple admin screen to manage things yourself
- Two rounds of changes
- Usually 3–4 weeks
Ongoing custom development runs on monthly partner plans, $3,500–8,500/month depending on pace. We'll size it on the call.
Fixed prices don't move for normal variation. They change only if you add scope, or something outside our control shifts the work — delayed access or decisions, a vendor or tool change, or a new legal or compliance requirement.
A good fit if
- You run a startup or small business and your tools are a mess, missing, or fighting each other
- You want honest advice on what to use, not a sales pitch for one platform
- You'd rather pay someone to set it up right than lose weekends to it
- You want it handled going forward, not dropped in your lap
Probably not a fit if
- You want the cheapest possible option above all else
- You need on-site hardware, networking, or general IT helpdesk
- You need a large team starting tomorrow
- You're not ready to change how a few things work
No surprise invoices
Fixed prices, agreed scope, and no hourly meter. If work takes longer for reasons on our side, you don't pay more to finish what we agreed.
The price changes only if you add scope, or something outside our control shifts the work — delayed access or decisions, a vendor or tool change, or a new legal or compliance requirement.
Common questions
Do you just recommend tools, or set them up too?
Both. You get a recommendation and the done-for-you part: configuration, moving your data across, connecting everything, and training your team.
Are you tied to certain products or platforms?
No. We're vendor-neutral and take no commissions. The recommendation is whatever fits your business and budget best.
I've already picked my tools — can you still help?
Yes. We can skip straight to setup, or use the discovery call to sanity-check the choice before you commit.
When would you build something custom instead of using a tool?
Only when no off-the-shelf tool covers the need well. Most businesses never hit that point. When they do, we build just the missing piece.
I'm not technical — is that a problem?
No. Most clients aren't. Everything's explained in plain language, and the support plan means you're not on your own afterward.
Can you work with my existing website — Squarespace, Shopify, WordPress?
Usually yes. We can extend or connect what you have, and rebuild only the part that's holding you back.
